No Refund Policy
When purchasing our services, it’s essential to understand that account activation and service initiation involve costs on our end. Therefore, once your service is activated, it cannot be canceled or altered, and we do not provide refunds under normal circumstances.
Some customers attempt to purchase our service for a specific event (e.g., the World Cup) and later request a refund after the event ends, claiming dissatisfaction. We do not offer refunds in such cases or any similar situations.
Refund Eligibility
We take full responsibility for service activation. If, for any reason, we fail to activate your service, or if there is an issue from our end, you are entitled to a full refund. These refunds will be processed within 2-4 days.

To ensure you make an informed decision, we provide a 24-hour free trial. This allows you to:

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and keep in mind that efunds will not be granted for client-side issues, such as:

❌ Misuse of services
❌ Changing your mind after activation
However, in rare cases, we may consider a partial refund of up to 25%, depending on the circumstances.
The refund amount is calculated as:
Refund Percentage × (Total Paid – Usage Period, Transaction Fees, Activation Fees, Support Fees).
No partial refunds are provided for 1-month subscriptions, as they are exclusively for service evaluation.
